In March, 2010 the Johnson County Mental Health Center Board engaged Team Tech to facilitate a process aimed at determining service priorities in an environment of shrinking revenues, when available resources are not sufficient to meet all community and/or client needs. The process also identified strategies and opportunities to increase efficiencies and process improvements to assure that available resources are used in the most efficient and effective way possible.
